About the role
  • We are looking for someone who will join technical knowledge with a sales approach to make the most of our sales and account management process
  • As a Technical Sales Support you will be responsible for technical support for our sales and account management team
  • You will provide assistance during online meetings with sales teams
  • You will be responsible for solving problems of potential and existing customers and creating sales opportunities for Codewise products
Key Responsibilities
  • Performing online meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Onboarding for potential and existing customers
  • Solving customer problems related to payments and invoices (VIES)
  • Monitoring and identifying customer development potential
  • Cooperation with Customer Success and Account Managers teams to ensure a smooth customer life cycle
  • Supporting the marketing department with product knowledge while creating promotional materials
  • Collecting feedback from customers and forwarding it to the Product Development team
  • Reviewing product documentation, submitting suggestions to the Tech Writers team
  • Providing substantive support to other teams
  • Providing support during the sales process
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Be good at the technical stuff plus analytical skills
  • Having sales skills
  • Proactive approach and forge good relationships with prospects
  • Technical knowledge or at least be able to adapt to our business
  • Motivated by technical cases
  • Ability to work effectively under stress
  • Providing excellent customer service, even under high-load
  • Could pass knowledge effectively to customers
  • Easily building relationships with customers
  • Work on the basic salary + commissions scheme
  • Ability to occasionally work rotating shifts (in the afternoon hours - US time zone)
Nice to have
  • Internet marketing - understanding of ecommerce and affiliate programs
