About the project
  • Voluum tracker was created together with the community of people who became our clients. Today this community is spread across different channels and groups around the globe. As a Community Manager you will have an eye on all these channels making sure our well-known Voluum brand is always in the spotlight. This area is also closely connected with establishing new relations which are often leveraged to increase Voluum’s presence and position as the industry leading tracker.
About the role
  • We are looking for a candidate who will continue to bring community and Voluum closer together but also will identify opportunities and bring new partners onboard. You will not only be Voluum’s eyes and ears but also a vocal preacher of Voluum messaging. You will be the voice of our users inside Voluum and the loud voice of the product in the outside world. You will work closely with client-facing teams but also with Marketing and Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring all community channels where our target users are active (industry forums, Facebook, Telegram, groups etc.)
  • Providing precise and spot-on answers to all kinds of questions, issues and requests which are dropped on community channels. This also includes partnership-related questions
  • Nurturing affiliate community with engaging content, discussion, ideas
  • Executing marketing campaigns aligned with Product Marketing Strategy
  • Building close relations with key people in the community, converting them into Voluum evangelists and partners
  • Close cooperation with Product Team - gathering feedback on released and desired features, competition monitoring
  • Spotting the commercial opportunities for Voluum tracker and other CW products
  • Being up to date with trends and news from the affiliate and digital marketing industry
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of digital marketing landscape and affiliate marketing niche
  • Self-driven with user-first attitude
  • Proactive approach, strong work ethic even under loose framework with general guidelines
  • Ability to quickly identify and seize opportunities but also spotting potential issues and solving them before escalating
  • Fluent written and spoken English
