Programmatic partnerships manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day relationships with our ad exchanges partners; everything from onboarding and implementation, all the way to optimization and reporting
  • Conducting video calls with partners
  • Act as the first point of contact for publisher troubleshooting issues and escalate appropriate ones to the technical team
  • Monitoring and preparing traffic analysis for the stakeholders (volume fluctuations, low bidding/winning activity, discrepancies) as well as flagging incidents and resolving them in cooperation with the ad exchanges
  • Providing insightful reports which would improve the performance of the campaigns and flagging what is not worth buying at the same time
  • Working closely with the ad exchanges in order to minimize the differences and fluctuations
  • Assisting the Accounting function when Invoice discrepancies appear
  • Work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to provide partners feedback and guide the development of new products and features
  • Endpoints optimization: investigating and cutting off filtered traffic, review of traffic with very low sellout rate
  • Work cross-functionally with buy-side teams to generate PMP and Open exchange spend
  • Active reporting of any supply related issues to the Advertiser’s Account management team
  • Administrating 3rd party integration platforms on behalf of Voluum DSP (Bidswitch, EnvisionX, etc)
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in online advertising and/or campaigns optimisation
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate insights with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Eagerness to constantly learn new things
Nice to have
  • Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Header Bidding, etc.)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
