Junior Technical Sales Support (with Russian)

About the role
  • We are looking for someone who will combine technical knowledge with a sales-minded approach to make the most of the sales and account management process
  • As a Junior Technical Sales Support you will be responsible for providing technical support during the sales process as well as technical assistance for our sales and account management team
  • You will be responsible for solving technical problems for potential and existing customers (80%) and creating upsell opportunities for Codewise products during online meetings with the sales team (20%)
  • You will provide assistance during online meetings with sales teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting online meetings with potential and existing clients to achieve client goals through the use of Codewise products
  • Providing technical support during the sales process
  • Onboarding for potential and existing customers
  • Providing post-sales support, including troubleshooting
  • Analyzing customers’ requests, tickets and interactions to proactively handle customer configurations
  • Working with relevant technical teams
  • Monitoring and identifying customer development potential with the sales team to recommend customer upgrades and add-ons
  • Cooperation with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer life cycle
  • Supporting the marketing department with product knowledge while creating promotional materials
  • Collecting feedback from customers and forwarding it to the Product Development team
  • Reviewing product documentation and submitting suggestions to the Tech Writers team
  • Providing substantive support to other teams
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional experience
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent Russian (preferably native)
  • Strong technical, sales, and analytical skills
  • A proactive talent for forging good relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Technical knowledge, or a willingness to adapt to our business
  • Motivated by technical cases
  • Ability to work effectively under stress
  • Excellent high-volume customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively share knowledge with customers
  • Comfortable working with a basic salary + commissions scheme
  • Ability to occasionally work rotating shifts (in afternoon hours - US time zone)
