About the role
  • We are seeking a well-organized Office Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will help us make our office the best place to work in!
  • You will coordinate front desk activities and help us manage our reception area. Other duties will include assisting the Office Manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office well-organized, tidy, and running smoothly. We expected a friendly personality with a dynamic, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day to day operations of our HQ
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
  • Be “first point of contact” for our Employees / colleagues
  • Taking care of company benefits
  • Order all office supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of reception, kitchen, conference rooms, and general shared spaces
  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
  • Send and sort incoming and outcoming correspondence
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings or special projects
  • Provide general support to People & Culture team
  • Manage other ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • Good computer skills (ideally knowledge of the G Suite: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
  • Experience with office machines (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Very good English and Polish in speech and writing
