Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and scaling the account, providing advice and optimization tips
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Adjusting platform capabilities to customers business needs
  • Suggesting the company’s products or services to enhance client satisfaction
  • Monitoring client’s account progress - understanding clients needs, tracking and monitoring account progress to provide relevant business data to the Customer and reacting accordingly
  • Answering questions related to specific customer inquiries
  • Giving accurate information to customers and ensuring that they are satisfied
  • Working with and providing Customers feedback for Project Development Team in order to develop the platform
  • Establishing close relationships with the customers
  • Collaborating with internal departments (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to meet client needs
  • At least 1 year of professional experience (experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role is a plus but not required)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong technical, sales, and analytical skills
  • A proactive talent for forging good relationships with customers
  • Technical knowledge, or a willingness to adapt to our business
  • Motivated by technical cases
  • Ability to work effectively under stress
  • Excellent high-volume customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively share knowledge with customers
  • Comfortable working with a basic salary + commissions scheme
  • Ability to occasionally work rotating shifts (in afternoon hours - US time zone)
Nice to have
  • Internet marketing - understanding of ecommerce and affiliate programs
  • Knowledge of using a CRM
  • Operating in additional languages (Russian, Hindi, Chinese)
