Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers
  • Identifying and leveraging up-selling opportunities
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Setting up effective communication channels with clients
  • Proactively advising customers on how to use the full potential of our platform
  • Assisting clients in campaign setup and optimisation process
  • Monitoring of advertisement compliance
  • Gathering feedback from customers and suggesting product improvements
  • Working closely with the business development team
  • 1-2 years of experience in working directly with customers
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Fluent English, both in speech and writing
  • Self-drive & lots of motivation to make a positive impact on our company
  • Ability to work in a loose framework with only roughly defined guidelines
Nice to have
  • Experience in up-selling
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and affiliate programs
  • Experience in online advertising will be an advantage
